Upatr AG is a Swiss company building the intelligence layer for land development in the country. The founding team combines complementary expertise from architecture and computer science, with the aim of making the complexity of the land transparent and accessible.

We are fascinated by the idea that land can be mobilised as a resource and can follow the ideal of a circular logic. By increasing transparency, we want to optimise the matching of need and solution and thus contribute to efficient land use in the context of inward densification.
